My charges reflect the type of technical communication you require. Specialist short term work using more sophisticated software packages means hourly rates of above $120.00 per hour. Less sophisticated or longer term working contracts can be negotiated. Average charge-out rates hover around $65.00 per hour.

Full documentation suite management is charged on the basis of longer term repeat business, and the hourly rates are adjusted accordingly. I have a number of long term customers, who provide me with new challenges regularly, and I am experienced in handling this type of work.
